Peggy BrucePeggy Bruce is a primary school teacher, specialising in teaching children who are learning English as speakers of other languages. She enjoys writing and has developed many of her own classroom reading and writing resources. Her books, The Language Contract , are the culmination of teaching experiences developed over the last few years. Born in Greece, Peggy has lived in Wellington, New Zealand for most of her life.
