Non-fiction text: skimming, table of contents, glossary

Templates for use with any text

Throughout this fun and interactive unit students will practice using skim-reading as a tool for reading non-fiction texts. Students will work through each activity and use each template to record the key points in a non-fiction reading on keys and pencils, design a table of contents, draw a cartoon for each entry in the table of contents, construct a glossary, and design a questionnaire!
