Predicting and identifying the elements of a story

Templates to use with any fiction title

In this e-unit students will deepen their understanding of the different elements of a story and how they compare. Students will work through each exercise, using each template to record the main points about the characters, plot, setting and theme of a story. Students will also compare each aspect of a story in two books written by the same author. In the last activity students will make predictions for the characters, plot, setting and theme of a story before reading and recording the actual features of the story!
