Count on to solve addition equations (Pt 2)

Throughout this unit students will practice counting on in tens and ones to solve a series of addition equations, both with and without the assistance of a number line. Students will then use this technique to solve a word problem, calculating how many cherries Jackie and Susie have eaten in total, or how many toy cars Michael and Nathan have altogether.
