Each lesson plan in this 'Debating' series includes learning outcomes, success criteria, pre-lesson preparation notes, resources and a step-by-step learning sequence. In this lesson plan students learn how debates are structured and can write a job description for each role in a debate. Students also become familiar with debating terms and complete the definition worksheet.
